The hotel rooms are so comfy with everything you would need for a short stay in London in a perfect location to explore the city. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, right next to the Thames and very close to several underground stations. The dining options have limited seating but offer freshly made sandwiches. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with great service and a central location.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were super stylish and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay as a woman traveling alone, with a fantastic view overlooking the Thames. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful. However, the location might not suit everyone, and the non-functional cooker was a disappointment causing unnecessary expenses for food that couldn't be cooked.
